Submitting a notice

Use the takedown form at https://www.reby.ai/legal/takedown or email legal@buildmarket.com with:

  1. Your name, organization and contact details.
  2. The URL of the listing or content.
  3. Identification of the work you claim is infringed and your rights in it.
  4. A description of why the listing infringes.
  5. A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge receipt and may temporarily suspend the listing while we review.
  • We notify the seller, who may respond with a counter-statement.
  • If the claim is substantiated the listing is removed and repeat infringers are banned.
  • If the claim is not substantiated or a valid counter-statement is received, the listing may be restored.

Knowingly false notices may result in liability.
