Prohibited Assets

The following may not be listed, sold or licensed on BuildMarket:

• Company shares, equity, securities, tokens, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, fractional ownership or investment contracts.
• Assets you do not own or lack the right to sell (including code copied from others without a compatible license).
• Products that infringe third-party intellectual property, trademarks or publicity rights.
• Malware, spyware, stalkerware, credential stuffing tools, scrapers that violate terms, or tools whose primary purpose is unlawful.
• Products that process personal data unlawfully or that include customer personal data you cannot lawfully transfer.
• Accounts on third-party platforms where the platform prohibits account transfer (transfer the app, domain or property through the official process instead).
• Adult content, gambling systems where unlawful, weapons-related tools, or anything that violates applicable law.
• Listings that misrepresent revenue, users, ownership or functionality.
