Seller Representations

By publishing a listing on BuildMarket I represent and warrant that:

1. I own, or have the legal right to sell or license, every asset described in the listing, including source code, designs, domains, brand assets, data and accounts.
2. The assets do not knowingly infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other right of any third party, and I will disclose any third-party components and their licenses.
3. Any code or content generated with AI tools is mine to sell or license under the terms of the tools I used.
4. All information in the listing is accurate. Metrics I entered manually are labelled "seller reported". I have not manipulated connected accounts to inflate verified metrics.
5. I am not selling company shares, securities, tokens, fractional interests or investment contracts.
6. I will complete the asset transfer in good faith following the Asset Transfer Checklist and the providers' official transfer processes.
7. I will not bid on my own auction or arrange for others to do so.
8. Where I am acting as a business seller, I will provide the traceability information required by applicable marketplace law.

Breach of these representations may result in cancellation of the transaction, forfeiture of fees, suspension, and liability to the buyer.
