Refund Policy for BuildMarket Services

Valuation reports

A valuation is a digital service delivered immediately. If analysis fails and cannot be completed within 24 hours, you receive a full automatic refund. Once a report is delivered it is not refundable, because you cannot "return" the analysis. If you believe a report is materially wrong because of a platform error, contact support@buildmarket.com within 7 days and we will review it.

Featured placement

Featured placement fees are not refundable once the placement starts. If we remove a listing for a rules violation the fee is forfeited. If we remove it because of our error, we refund it.

Asset sales and licenses

Sales between buyers and sellers are governed by the transaction agreement and the escrow provider's terms; license refunds are governed by the license template and consumer law where applicable. BuildMarket success fees on cancelled transactions are not charged.
