Ownership

Sellers keep ownership of their assets until a sale completes. A completed acquisition transfers the assets and rights described in the listing and transaction agreement. A license grants only the rights in the license template chosen.

AI-generated code

Code, designs and content produced with AI tools may be listed provided the seller has the right to sell or license them under the terms of the tools used and any third-party components included. Sellers must disclose material third-party dependencies and their licenses.

Open-source components

Assets may include open-source components. Sellers must identify components licensed under copyleft terms (for example GPL/AGPL) that impose obligations on the buyer.
