About the product
Ziba-AI is a private AI video studio that takes content from an idea through AI script generation, video planning, video-generation workflow, review, approval, scheduling and social publishing.
It includes trend discovery, reusable templates, project and video lifecycle management, recycle-bin recovery, social-account management, analytics, authentication, billing foundations, diagnostics, automated tests and continuous integration.
The publishing architecture supports YouTube, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok Direct Post. Live publishing requires the buyer to configure their own developer apps, credentials, permissions and provider approvals.
The AI reasoning and video-provider layers are modular. A buyer can connect preferred AI providers and production video-generation providers. No paid video-generation vendor is bundled by default.
Ziba-AI is pre-revenue and is being sold as a working and stabilized software baseline for full acquisition and further commercialization. The buyer receives the source code, documentation and agreed product/brand assets. Third-party credentials, API keys and private service accounts are not included.
