About the product
PropertyOPA is a pre-revenue B2B SaaS designed to help property managers coordinate maintenance work and vendor communication from one dashboard.
Managers can add properties and vendors, create work orders, and track scheduling, follow-ups, replies, and completion evidence. Email automation handles supported routine workflows, while cases requiring a human decision are flagged for review. Vendor reply interpretation uses deterministic English-language rules rather than an external AI model.
Core features:
- Property and vendor management.
- Maintenance work orders and status tracking.
- Email-based vendor coordination and scheduling.
- Automated follow-ups and processing of supported vendor replies.
- Completion evidence and manager review.
- Authentication, workspace access controls, and subscription billing integration.
The stack includes TypeScript, React, Vinext/Vite with Next.js-compatible application structure, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Resend, and Paddle.
The intended revenue model is a US$49 monthly subscription following a seven-day cardless application trial. The project currently has no paying customers or confirmed commercial revenue. It was developed through AI-assisted programming with human direction, review, and testing.
The proposed sale includes the source code, propertyopa.site domain, owned brand assets, database schema and migrations, automated tests, technical documentation, and deployment and service configuration instructions. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. External service accounts require buyer setup or provider-approved migration; personal accounts and payment credentials are excluded.
A sanitized source package is available for technical review. The buyer’s next steps would be technical due diligence, deployment under their own service accounts, integration verification, and customer acquisition. Independent installation and build verification of the review package remains pending.
