BranchIQ – AI-Powered Location Intelligence SaaS

BranchIQ is a fully built B2B SaaS platform for AI-powered location intelligence, retail site selection, and branch expansion.

It combines geospatial intelligence, traffic analysis, population and demographic insights, competition intelligence, catchment areas, drive-time analysis, revenue forecasting, expansion planning, AI-powered location scoring, analytics, reports, and private customer datasets in one platform.

The platform uses Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, PostGIS, OpenStreetMap-based geospatial data, external traffic and population data, and modular AI analysis and recommendation pipelines.

BranchIQ supports Global, My Data, and Combined intelligence workflows. Customer datasets can be uploaded, mapped to standardized BranchIQ fields, analyzed separately, or combined with global location intelligence without being merged into the global location database.

The platform is deployed and functional and has been tested with real geospatial datasets and location-intelligence workflows across multiple markets.

The sale is intended to include the transferable BranchIQ software and intellectual-property assets, including source code, application/backend, database schema and migrations, AI Radar and recommendation engines, data pipelines, integrations and configuration, UI/components, documentation, deployment configuration, related project assets, and the branchiq.online domain name, subject to the final purchase agreement.

Personal accounts, email accounts, API credentials/secrets, non-transferable third-party accounts, licenses, data, or services are not included unless separately agreed and legally transferable.
